About the Role
Join Roamler as a Customer Success Manager based in the UK, working remotely full-time. You will collaborate directly with prominent clients like P&G, Red Bull, and Unilever. Roamler's crowdsourcing platform leverages a vast network of contributors to gather in-store data across multiple countries, providing critical insights that influence major FMCG brands' business decisions. As the Customer Success Manager, you will serve as the primary connection between these clients and the Roamler platform.
Key Responsibilities
Take full ownership of client relationships from initiation to ongoing management, ensuring client objectives are surpassed. Manage multiple retail projects simultaneously, overseeing everything from day-to-day operations to strategic commercial planning. Discover growth opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate with the sales team to onboard new clients. Share insights internally, conduct project evaluations, and assist European colleagues in refining their initiatives.
Required Experience and Skills
Ideal candidates will have experience in supermarket retail or client-facing roles, demonstrating strong organizational and analytical abilities. You must efficiently handle multiple priorities, communicate effectively, and confidently present to clients. Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint is essential, along with a curiosity for applying AI technology to enhance client services. Comfort working in a fast-paced scale-up environment is critical, as is a proactive and initiative-taking approach.
