Role summary

We are looking for a Customer Success Associate to build trusted relationships with customers and help them get the most value from the company’s products and services. This role acts as the main contact for customer needs, ensuring a smooth and positive experience throughout the customer journey.

What you will do

  • Build and sustain strong customer relationships so clients remain satisfied and successful with the offerings.
  • Handle customer questions, support issues, and escalation points as the first line of contact.

  • Track how customers use the product, then proactively reach out to increase adoption and usage.
  • Support renewals and expansions so customers continue to recognize value in the products and services.
  • Prepare regular updates and reports covering customer satisfaction, product usage, and retention.
