About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist focused on insurance telemarketing to join our team. In this position, you will engage with leads supplied by our partners, promoting insurance products and driving sales targets through telemarketing calls.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct telemarketing calls to partner-provided leads to promote various insurance products and meet sales objectives.
- Assess customers' needs and recommend insurance plans best suited to their requirements.
- Convert leads into confirmed sales by executing effective telemarketing strategies.
- Adhere strictly to all regulatory guidelines and maintain quality standards during calls and other sales activities.
Candidate Requirements
- At least two years of telemarketing or telesales experience within the financial industry.
- Certifications required include BCP, PGI, and HI.
