Job Overview
We are inviting applications for a Customer Service role specializing in voice support for Bengali and English-speaking customers. This position is suited for fresh graduates or experienced professionals with relevant voice process expertise. The opportunity is based in Hyderabad, requires flexible shift availability, and demands working from office premises.
Primary Responsibilities
- Address and resolve customer queries and concerns efficiently.
- Support data collection processes facilitating account recovery for users.
- Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of client policies and procedures.
- Replicate customer-reported issues and escalate bugs appropriately.

Required Qualifications
- Graduation in any discipline excluding law and diploma holders.
