Customer Service & Sales Executive

Role Overview

We are urgently looking to recruit multiple Customer Service & Sales Executives to join our banking team in Mumbai. This position involves managing a variety of banking-related processes with immediate joining. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, explaining banking products and services, generating leads, and supporting sales activities. The role requires effective communication and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Responding to customer queries with professionalism and accuracy.
• Providing clear explanations of various banking products and services.
• Generating prospective customer leads and aiding in sales efforts.
• Managing both incoming and outgoing customer calls efficiently.
• Building and sustaining positive interactions with customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Good basic communication skills.
• Clear and understandable English speaking abilities.
• Experience or aptitude in handling customers effectively.

Eligible candidates must have completed at least 12th grade or hold a graduate degree. Both freshers and experienced applicants are encouraged to apply.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for freshers ranges from ₹15,000 to ₹18,000 in-hand per month, while experienced candidates can expect ₹20,000 to ₹21,000 in-hand monthly.
