Job Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound communications with customers, contractors, and business partners via calls, emails, and electronic messaging while adhering to policies, procedures, and contract terms.
• Clarify and enforce contract coverage details for all interactions.
• Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer concerns and service issues are satisfactorily resolved.
• Stay abreast of current policies, procedures, and mandatory training requirements.
• Perform additional duties as assigned within the department.

Qualifications and Experience

• Possession of a high school diploma or GED is mandatory.
• Preferably 1 or more years of experience in a related customer service role.
• Proficient computer skills and aptitude.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and sound decision-making skills.
• Detail-oriented mindset and capability to multitask efficiently.
• Adaptability to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
• Customer service experience or training is an added advantage.

Compensation and Benefits

The hourly pay range for this position is between $16 and $17, dependent on the candidate's background, skill set, responsibilities, and geographical location.
