Curriculum Developer for AI-Driven 2 Hour Learning Program (Remote)

Role Overview

In this innovative role, you will be designing and enhancing an accelerated learning system where students complete a traditional academic day within two focused hours, followed by enriching activities. Operating remotely with reliable internet access, you will transform extensive AI-generated performance data into precise and actionable plans to help learners achieve 90% mastery and beyond. Live coaching interventions will be part of your duties, tackling challenges in real-time to maintain student progress and confidence. Additionally, you will identify trends through detailed data analysis to develop advanced AI tools that significantly boost learning speed.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed and accurate Academic Data Reports and conduct systematic analyses to identify issues, anomalies, and implement effective solutions swiftly within two days.
• Conduct immediate intervention calls and follow-up coaching sessions after assessments to resolve barriers, differentiate between knowledge gaps and misconceptions, and keep students motivated.
• Evaluate and integrate innovative educational applications and resources, while prototyping AI and large language model solutions to improve instruction and solve specific challenges.
• Work alongside leadership teams to enhance educational tools, reporting systems, and competency benchmarks as the AI tutoring platform evolves.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience in data science or related fields within education or learner support roles blending analytical expertise with interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with Google Sheets functionalities including lookups, pivot tables, and filtering.
• Strong emotional intelligence paired with excellent communication skills and a friendly coaching style appropriate for children.
• Demonstrated experience designing workflows and automations utilizing AI.
• At least one year of direct experience working with students in kindergarten through 8th grade.
• Availability to work United States Central Time core hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in learning sciences, pedagogy, or proven success enhancing outcomes through research-driven methods.
• Knowledge of Generative AI, prompt engineering, and basic programming skills in languages like Python or JavaScript for AI API integrations.

Employment Terms

This is a full-time, 40-hour per week remote position under an independent contractor agreement. Compensation is set at $30 USD per hour, totaling an annual equivalent of roughly $60,000 USD based on 50 working weeks annually. Payments are issued weekly. The position starts immediately.
