About the Role
Golden Eye Securities is seeking a detail-oriented, communicative, and responsible CRM & Customer Follow-up Executive to join their Ahmedabad office on a full-time basis. This role involves managing incoming customer inquiries, sales follow-ups, coordinating services, and maintaining up-to-date records in the CRM system.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer calls and WhatsApp messages promptly and professionally.
- Reach out to new leads sourced from Justdial, company website, WhatsApp, and other online platforms.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective clients, recording their status meticulously in the CRM software.
- Create, monitor, and update customer service tickets to ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with technical staff regarding service visits, surveys, and installations.
- Track the progress of assigned work, identifying tasks completed, pending, or requiring revisit.
- Schedule customer surveys and monitor quotation statuses actively.
- Follow up with customers post-quotation dispatch to encourage further engagement.
- Collaborate with accounts team for routine payment reminders to customers.
- Ensure all CRM records are accurate and updated without delay.
- Compile and submit daily reports summarizing new leads, follow-ups, pending services, surveys, and key concerns.
Candidate Profile
- Excellent communication skills in Gujarati and Hindi; basic proficiency in English communication and comprehension.
- Familiarity with computers, including Excel, WhatsApp, and CRM software.
- Comfortable making consistent follow-up calls and managing customer conversations.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask efficiently and meet deadlines.
- Capable of coordinating effectively between customers and technical teams.
- Demonstrates a positive attitude, responsibility, and eagerness to learn and grow within the role.
Preferred Experience
- Prior experience in roles such as CRM Executive, Customer Relationship Executive, Telecaller, Telesales, Sales Coordinator, Service Coordinator, or back-office positions involving customer interaction is advantageous.
Compensation and Work Details
- Salary ranges from ₹18,000 to ₹25,000 monthly, commensurate with experience and capabilities.
- Performance incentives available based on quality of follow-ups, CRM management, and sales conversions.
- This is a full-time office position requiring adherence to standard working hours.
Additional Information
This position extends beyond typical telecalling or data entry work. The chosen candidate will bear responsibility for comprehensive customer communications, timely follow-ups, coordination of service activities, and meticulous CRM administration to ensure no inquiry or task goes unattended.
