Key Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh, high-quality food items daily by hand according to Chipotle standards.
• Provide outstanding customer service to create a friendly and engaging dining experience.
• Work confidently at different stations such as grill, cashier, or food preparation areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to ensure food safety and quality.

Requirements

• Possess a warm and enthusiastic personality with a passion for serving others—both guests and team members.
• Eager to develop strong cooking skills and learn all aspects of food preparation.
• Must be at least 16 years old and able to communicate effectively in the primary language used at the workplace.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive hourly pay ranging between $18.25 and $19.25 based on experience, skills, and education, compliant with local wage laws.
• Tuition assistance up to $5,250 per year to support educational goals.
