Job Responsibilities

• Design and continuously enhance a unified brand, image, and communication strategy across all company locations.
• Plan and oversee creative campaigns to bolster both corporate and employer branding.
• Develop cross-channel content and communication concepts for digital and traditional media.
• Strategically advance the company’s social media presence and create new communication formats.
• Coordinate photo, video, and content productions working with both internal teams and external partners.
• Plan and support trade show appearances and other marketing and branding initiatives.
• Ensure consistent brand representation and adherence to corporate identity across all sites.
• Collaborate closely with executive management, sales, HR, and marketing, managing cross-departmental projects.
• Analyze market, communication, and design trends to keep evolving brand communication.

Candidate Profile

• Completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Media, or Design.
• Several years of professional experience in creative direction, brand communication, or marketing.
• Proven skills in developing communication strategies and creative campaigns.
• Strong sensitivity to brand management, storytelling, design, and current trends.
• Proficient use of common creative and presentation software tools.
• Organizational skills, self-initiative, conceptual thinking, and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and enthusiasm for collaborating with diverse departments.
• Willingness to travel to various company locations.
