Role Overview

We are seeking a Creative & Design Intern who is either currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program related to Graphic Design, Motion Design, Marketing, Communication, Art Direction, or Advertising. This individual should be passionate about creating impactful visual narratives and possess a solid grasp of both marketing-driven design and fundamental design principles. Candidates must have a keen awareness of current design, social media, and marketing trends, alongside curiosity in leveraging AI tools such as Adobe Firefly, Claude, and Gemini for enhanced efficiency and innovation without compromising quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage NoGood's branding projects across diverse formats, including brand assets, motion graphics, videos, emails, social media carousels, data visualizations, PDFs, and website modifications.
• Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints and ensure the design system is current.
• Assist with client-related tasks, particularly organic and social media creative briefs.
• Transform creative copy and strategy into compelling visual elements that drive engagement.
• Stay informed on design trends, motion graphics, AI innovations, meme culture, and social dynamics, experimenting with new tools and methods.
• Collaborate actively in idea generation, design problem-solving, and social media planning, offering a distinct creative perspective.
• Contribute to broader company and team initiatives, including thought leadership content and company videos.

Candidate Profile

• Eager to enhance creative design skills through practical experience and mentorship.
• Highly engaged with digital and social culture across various platforms and emerging AI technologies.
• Proficient in developing motion graphics, static social media content (both organic and paid), and website design, with adaptability to multiple channels and formats.
• Ability to interpret and apply brand guidelines effectively in design work.
• Strong verbal and visual communication along with organizational skills.
• A collaborative team player mindset.
• Skilled in Figma and After Effects, with foundational experience in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro.
• Understanding of graphic resolutions, dimensions, and multiple file formats.
• Familiarity with major social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and YouTube.
• Experience or knowledge of AI design tools such as Adobe Firefly, Claude, and Gemini is advantageous.

Compensation and Equal Opportunity

The hourly wage for this internship ranges from $16 to $20 based on factors including location, experience, and qualifications.
