This organization leverages deep industry knowledge alongside cutting-edge technologies like Big Data and Artificial Intelligence to enhance efficiency, accelerate processes, and optimize costs throughout the entire supply chain.

Their comprehensive platform supports manufacturers and brands by facilitating product development, cost analysis, planning, sourcing, vendor management, and order fulfillment, all aimed at creating a highly agile and digitally connected supply environment. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in selling SaaS products within manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, or apparel verticals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture strong relationships with major decision-makers and stakeholders within the country.
• Formulate and implement strategic account plans focused on identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and contract renewals.
• Organize routine business reviews and customer engagement meetings to monitor satisfaction and ensure alignment with client objectives.
• Quickly resolve customer issues by collaborating with internal departments for effective solutions.

Additional Information

This position is instrumental in expanding the company’s footprint, boosting adoption of products like Fast React Plan (FRP) and General Sewing Data (GSD), and securing sustainable business growth.
