- Work with deal professionals on live M&A transactions and client pitches, gaining exposure to how opportunities are originated, structured, and completed.
- Review, organise, and interpret historical and forecast financial data to support transaction work and client recommendations.
- Study market and sector information, create financial models such as DCF, trading comparables, and precedent transaction analyses, and help prepare pitch books and other client-facing materials.
- Assist with the execution of live transactions and pitches under the direction of senior team members and engagement leaders.
- Support research, due diligence, and the preparation of marketing materials for different industries and deal types.
- Contribute as part of a high-performing team focused on producing quality work and tangible client value.

- Strong interest in building a career in corporate finance and investment banking.
- Excellent analytical, numerical, and reasoning ability, with strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in multicultural teams and also take initiative independently when needed.
- Self-driven, energetic, confident, and creative, with a willingness to take ownership of assigned work.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
