Tschirpig Conveyancing is the largest conveyancing specialist firm based in Darwin with over 30 years of experience. We work with a diverse client base throughout the Northern Territory, providing expert, personalized services to ensure smooth property transactions backed by local knowledge.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Conveyancing Clerk to join our team remotely from South Australia. In this role, you will provide critical support to Licensed Agents during the conveyancing process, helping facilitate effective communication among stakeholders and handling administrative responsibilities to ensure seamless property transactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support settlement procedures
  • Draft and prepare various legal documents and contracts related to conveyancing
  • Maintain communication with clients and key stakeholders, providing timely updates on transaction progress
  • Collaborate with banks and financial institutions to facilitate settlements
  • Open and manage client files effectively
  • Conduct title searches and investigate property details to ensure accurate information

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a Conveyancing Clerk. Attention to detail, accuracy, and sound professional judgment when preparing legal documentation are essential. Clear communication skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset will aid managing multiple cases while maintaining positive client and stakeholder relationships. Familiarity with legal practice management software such as Leap is advantageous. We offer a structured training program to help you become acquainted with Northern Territory laws and conveyancing processes.
