Role Summary
This position focuses on supporting pharmaceutical clients in executing and reporting on key Field Force Operations (FFO) and Field Force Effectiveness (FFE) modules. Responsibilities involve managing performance measurement reporting, designing go-to-market (GTM) strategies for launch brands, developing call plans, and aligning territories. You will analyze commercial datasets, including those from European markets, to ensure accurate data processing, robust metric development, and valuable business insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and update performance tracking reports that monitor essential field KPIs such as sales results, representative activities, and territory achievement.
- Assist in designing GTM strategies for newly launched products, including planning field team deployment and efficient allocation of resources.
- Develop and implement call planning and territory alignment approaches based on market segmentation, potential, and targeting goals like reach and frequency.
- Prepare, transform, and validate structured data sets using SQL and Excel tools.
- Maintain consistency in applying business rules and document client-specific operational logic thoroughly.
- Work collaboratively with internal and external teams to resolve issues and ensure timely, quality delivery of outputs.
- Utilize commercial data from European markets to support regional strategies and operational activities.
Candidate Profile
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Engineering, or related disciplines.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in Field Force Operations within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector is preferred.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Strong command of SQL for data querying and preparation.
- Advanced Excel capabilities for in-depth reporting, analysis, and dashboard maintenance.
- Domain Knowledge:
- Experience related to GTM strategy implementation, particularly launch support and field force deployment strategies.
- Familiarity with call planning and territory alignment techniques.
- Understanding of performance management metrics and reporting frameworks.
- Prior exposure to commercial datasets from European markets is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated analytical aptitude, discipline in process execution, and ability to adhere to deadlines within client-facing environments.
