Construction Manager

About the Role

We are looking for experienced Construction Managers to oversee large-scale construction projects located in Riyadh and Dammam, Saudi Arabia. This position is a yearly renewable contract where the incumbent will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of project execution, aiming to complete projects on schedule, within budget, and adhering to quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, execution, and completion phases of construction projects from start to handover.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and overall project outcomes.
• Communicate and coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project continuity.
• Track construction progress and address technical and operational issues promptly.
• Ensure adherence to contract specifications, project requirements, applicable local laws, and corporate policies.
• Implement and maintain Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) guidelines throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review and sanction project plans, procurement timelines, and progress documentation.
• Manage risks, variations, and changes in project scope.
• Facilitate project meetings and provide consistent progress reports to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
• Guarantee quality execution while meeting cost and schedule targets.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience managing construction projects within EPC firms, development companies, or major contractors.
• Demonstrated leadership of sizable building or infrastructure projects with budgets exceeding USD 50 million.
• Strong expertise in project planning, cost control, contract management, and construction techniques.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
• Knowledge of international construction standards and Saudi regulatory requirements is preferred.
• Familiarity with Primavera P6, MS Project, and Microsoft Office tools is beneficial.

Preferred Experience

• Background in executing mega projects in Saudi Arabia, the GCC region, or Europe.
• Experienced in leading multidisciplinary construction teams.
