  • Lead design and permitting efforts including Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA), Building Permit (BP), and Project Permit (PP).

  • Develop contracts, monitor construction progress, and coordinate supplier activities.
  • Resolve technical challenges arising during construction phases.
  • Negotiate with vendors and organize repair processes to prevent issues.
  • Support other departments technically to fulfill project requirements.
  • Report on project progress, budget status, timelines, and key metrics to management.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams ensuring project objectives align across departments.
