Candidate Profile

• Possess at least 4 years of practical experience in construction management and architectural fields.
• Hold a bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Demonstrate thorough understanding of construction workflows, project and contract management.
• Have leadership experience with preferably 7 or more years in management roles within construction or architecture.
• Intermediate English language skills mandatory; Korean language skills are a plus.
• Ability to handle multitasking in a dynamic work environment.
• Experience collaborating with diverse international teams across European countries including Czech Republic, Slovakia, Germany, Hungary, Turkey, and Spain.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint applications.
• Hold a valid Class B driving license with active driving experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee design, permitting, construction, and architectural aspects of various projects.
• Plan and manage design, licensing, and construction activities related to automotive plants and parts warehouses.
• Guarantee effective planning and execution of new construction projects with demonstrated expertise over at least four years.
• Lead design and permitting efforts including Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA), Building Permit (BP), and Project Permit (PP).
• Initiate and coordinate input data for design and construction companies; review pricing proposals and documentation.
• Develop contracts, monitor construction progress, and coordinate supplier activities.
• Resolve technical challenges arising during construction phases.
• Negotiate with vendors and organize repair processes to prevent issues.
• Support other departments technically to fulfill project requirements.
• Report on project progress, budget status, timelines, and key metrics to management.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams ensuring project objectives align across departments.
