Consolidation Team Leader

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and skilled Consolidation Team Leader to manage and oversee daily consolidation activities within our warehouse in Riyadh. The successful candidate will lead a team to ensure order accuracy, maintain productivity and quality, and work closely with various warehouse departments to enable timely and smooth outbound shipments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the consolidation team to meet daily operational goals efficiently.
• Track and enhance team productivity, uphold quality standards, and ensure compliance with warehouse protocols.
• Deliver training, coaching, and performance guidance to team members to promote growth and effectiveness.
• Oversee precise consolidation, staging, and loading procedures for outbound shipments.
• Perform quality inspections to reduce errors, prevent damages, and address shipment inconsistencies.
• Collaborate with inbound, inventory, warehouse, and dispatch teams to facilitate a seamless workflow.
• Use Warehouse Management System (WMS) tools to keep shipment status updated and monitor processes.
• Maintain consolidation documents and operational logs accurately.
• Identify and report any operational challenges, equipment issues, or safety hazards promptly.
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts aimed at optimizing operational efficiency.

Candidate Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline is necessary.
• At least 2 years of experience working in warehouse or logistics operations.
• A minimum of 1 year in a supervisory or team leadership capacity.
• In-depth understanding of warehouse processes such as picking, packing, consolidation, loading, and inventory management.
• Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP platforms, and logistics software.
• Familiarity with Lean principles or continuous improvement techniques is advantageous.
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational capabilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving warehouse setting.
