About the role

One&Only The Palm in Dubai is looking for a Connectivity Centre Agent to join its guest experience team. The property is part of a globally growing luxury hospitality brand that focuses on thoughtful, highly personalized service and memorable guest moments.

In this position, you will serve as a central communication point for the resort, managing incoming and outgoing calls with professionalism, warmth, and efficiency. You will also help coordinate guest requests, support pre-arrival planning, and ensure each interaction reflects the brand’s high standards of care and attention.

The role is centered on creating a seamless guest communication experience by responding to calls courteously, maintaining accurate coordination across departments, and supporting the timely execution of guest needs. Responsibilities

  • Represent the resort positively through every telephone interaction.
