Computer Operator

Role Overview

The Computer Operator will be entrusted with accurate preparation and processing of vehicle sales invoices, along with managing insurance procedures and policy issuance for each vehicle sold. This position involves detailed oversight of vehicle registration documentation liaising with the Regional Transport Office (RTO) and monitoring the application status to ensure timely completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately prepare and process all vehicle sales invoices.
• Handle insurance formalities including policy issuance for every sold vehicle.
• Manage vehicle registration paperwork in coordination with the RTO and monitor progress.
• Work closely with the sales team to maintain seamless billing and vehicle delivery processes.
• Progressively take responsibility for stock transfer and preparation of vehicle challans between different branches.
• Maintain precise records of stock, billing, and registration within the company’s software systems.
• Ensure that all documentation adheres to Hero MotoCorp standards as well as local regulatory compliances.
• Assist in generating various reports and daily billing logs as requested.

Compensation

The position offers a monthly remuneration ranging between INR 9,000 and INR 15,000.
