Role Overview
Vee2Care Students India Pvt Ltd works with school management ERP software and is hiring a Computer Operator to handle routine ERP tasks and data upkeep for a school environment.
The position is based at Montfort Matric. Hr. Sec. School, Kolathur, Salem, and the offered pay is ₹10,000 per month, with scope for negotiation.
Key Responsibilities
- Record and refresh student attendance details in the ERP platform.
- Upload homework and keep assignment information organized.
- Enter student marks and exam-related records accurately.
- Review and update information for students and staff as needed.
- Create reports from the ERP system whenever requested.
- Complete data entry work correctly and within the expected time.
- Work with school personnel to collect and update required information.
- Protect the privacy and confidentiality of school and student data.
Requirements
- Comfortable with basic computer operations.
- Should know how to use MS Excel, MS Word, and the internet.
- Good English typing ability is needed.
- Must be careful, accurate, and detail-oriented.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Preference is for candidates with any degree or diploma qualification.
Compensation
The monthly salary is ₹10,000, and it may be negotiated.
