About the Role

Join Carinity as a Community Scheduler based in Ipswich, focused on delivering compassionate and person-centered aged care. This full-time, fixed-term (12 months) position entails managing workforce scheduling within Carinity Home Care, ensuring clients receive safe, timely, and personalized care through robust roster management and coordination.

Working collaboratively with care teams and operational leadership, you will enhance workforce efficiency, continuity of care, and service accessibility while maintaining compliance with quality standards, funding requirements, and employment obligations. The role demands availability Monday to Friday within the hours 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM.

  • Proficiency with workforce management, scheduling, or rostering software systems.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills to effectively engage a range of stakeholders.
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain it.
