Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Chef de Rang and Demi Chef de Rang during daily service operations.
• Prepare Mise en Place, including setting tables and polishing cutlery and glassware.
• Serve food and beverages in accordance with hotel standards.
• Clear and clean tables efficiently.
• Take guest orders and communicate them to the kitchen or bar.
• Advise guests on food and beverage selections.
• Ensure a smooth and effective service flow.
• Adhere strictly to hygiene guidelines and quality standards.

Candidate Profile and Skills

• Preferably completed training in gastronomy or initial professional experience in service.
• Friendly and customer-focused demeanor.
• Strong teamwork spirit and reliability.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Flexibility and resilience under pressure.
• Neat and professional appearance.
• Proficient in German and English; additional language skills are an advantage.
