Role Overview
This role focuses on planning and running cold email outreach for healthcare clients in the US and UK. The position is centered on building and managing outbound campaigns that generate replies and booked meetings for B2B opportunities.
What You’ll Do
You will handle the full cold email workflow end to end, including setting up domains and inboxes, preparing warm-up processes, protecting deliverability, sourcing and managing prospect lists, and launching sequenced outreach campaigns.
- Run cold email programs for healthcare accounts in the US and UK markets.
- Manage domains and inboxes, including warm-up and deliverability practices.
- Work with prospecting and list-building tools such as Clay and Apollo.
- Create and operate email sequences using Smartlead or Instantly.
- Use real campaign data to evaluate performance and improve response rates.
Experience Requirement
Applicants should already have hands-on experience running actual cold email campaigns. The hiring team expects proof of previous campaign results, including reply rate and meetings booked.
