Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive marketing communications support for assigned hotel properties.
• Create and manage content including copywriting, photography, and video for websites, social media, and other owned channels.
• Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance engagement, brand visibility, and share of voice.
• Plan and conduct public relations activities from concept development to press release creation and media outreach.
• Manage the production of marketing collateral from initial briefing through to final delivery, coordinating with external vendors and suppliers.
• Ensure all communications strictly follow Corporate Identity and brand guidelines.
• Complete projects within established budgets and deadlines.
• Continuously refine internal marketing processes to improve quality and efficiency.
• Provide support for additional marketing and communication initiatives as needed.

Candidate Requirements

• A degree qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Basic skills in Photoshop or equivalent creative tools such as Canva are advantageous.
• Experience collaborating with external vendors like printers, designers, or agencies.
• Capability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a deadline-driven, fast-moving environment.
• Strong attention to detail, well organized, and a cooperative team player.
• Ability to work autonomously with strong ownership of responsibilities.
