About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Recruiter to join our team at Synectics, working onsite in locations including Hyderabad, Noida, Dehradun, Chennai, and Kochi. This role focuses on recruiting top talent for pharmaceutical and clinical positions and operating within life sciences, healthcare, and biotech sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and place highly qualified candidates in pharmaceutical and clinical roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and MSP/VMS contacts to deliver customized staffing solutions.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes tailored to pharma and clinical positions.
- Utilize MSP and VMS platforms to oversee job requisitions and fulfill client requirements.
- Develop sourcing methods by working closely with hiring managers to understand open positions.
- Source potential candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, employee referrals, and in-house databases.
- Conduct thorough screenings, coordinate interviews, and assist in negotiating offers.
- Accurately update and maintain candidate information within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Candidate Requirements
- A minimum of two years’ experience in clinical recruitment, preferably within MSP/VMS frameworks.
- Comprehensive knowledge of clinical trials, FDA regulations, and relevant industry terminology.
- Experience recruiting for roles including Clinical Laboratory Scientist, Allied Healthcare professionals, Medical Technologists, Lab Assistants, and Specimen Technicians.
- Proficiency with ATS software, VMS tools, and effective sourcing techniques.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated with a goal-driven approach capable of working autonomously.
Working Hours and Location Details
This position requires working hours from 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST and is based onsite at one of the specified locations.
