Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated Clinic Manager to oversee operations at our South Anne Street, Ranelagh, and Terenure locations. This individual will ensure an exceptional and consistent patient experience aligned with clinical and retail standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day clinic functions to maintain seamless patient service quality and adherence to best clinical and sales practices.
- Lead front-of-house personnel including scheduling, training, performance assessment, onboarding, and fostering exemplary service and appearance standards.
- Establish and monitor sales objectives, actively promote treatments and retail products, and coordinate localized promotional activities.
- Handle inventory management including stock ordering, pricing strategies, visual merchandising, and maintaining organized, compliant stock areas.
- Oversee cleanliness, safety, and upkeep of clinic facilities, including conducting regular health and safety inspections.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and company procedures, addressing formal issues as necessary.
- Track clinic operational metrics and assist with financial planning such as budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses.
Candidate Requirements
- Demonstrable experience managing retail environments.
- Strong aptitude for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Background in business planning encompassing target setting, data analysis, and staff scheduling.
- Proficiency in retail operations, including inventory control, facility management, and cash handling.
- Experience organizing and executing promotional events.
- History of successfully leading teams to meet key performance indicators.
- Availability to work full-time (37.5 hours per week) during retail hours including select Saturdays.
