Role Overview and Key Responsibilities

• Develop and prepare client-facing materials such as reports, decks, and presentations using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools.
• Work closely with Client Success Directors during performance reviews, offering insights and supporting campaign optimizations.
• Track and monitor campaign performance, assisting with data-driven adjustments to align with client objectives.
• Compose and handle client communications including meeting agendas, summary notes, and continuous updates.
• Serve as a liaison for internal teams and cross-department collaborations.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of all campaign and operational duties.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent range of relevant work experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, comfortable engaging with both internal teams and clients.
• Outstanding organizational skills with strong time management and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficient user of Google Drive Suite and Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Previous experience in advertising or performance marketing is advantageous.
• Self-motivated and analytical thinker with a proactive problem-solving attitude and adaptability in ambiguous situations.
• Familiarity with Claude or other AI technologies is beneficial.
