Job Responsibilities

  • Familiarity with KYC procedures, risk assessment, and compliance frameworks.
  • Capability to coordinate with internal departments for client onboarding and ongoing servicing.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance or Commerce.
  • NISM VA certification is preferred or a willingness to acquire it.
  • Certification such as CFP or QPFP is advantageous.
  • At least 12 months of experience in Mutual Funds, Financial Services, Banking, Insurance, or NBFC sectors.

Job Duties

  • Source and secure new clients using referrals, networking techniques, and outbound marketing efforts.
  • Assess clients’ financial goals and recommend fitting investment or insurance products.
  • Maintain fulfilling, long-lasting client relationships ensuring satisfaction.
  • Coordinate onboarding processes and servicing requirements with internal teams.
