Overview
As a FENDI Ambassador, the Client Advisor is entrusted to deliver a premium and luxurious shopping experience that embodies FENDI's heritage, craftsmanship, superior materials, and innovative creativity.
Main Responsibilities
- Drive individual sales performance to meet defined targets and key performance indicators.
- Proactively engage in upselling, cross-selling, and selling across multiple FENDI product categories.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, fostering loyalty among FENDI customers through efficient use of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
- Ensure high-quality customer service tailored to meet expectations with a personalized and professional approach.
- Manage retail operations, including the appropriate use of retail management systems for tasks such as stock transfers, payment processing, stock inquiries, and customer data management.
- Contribute to inventory accuracy by receiving, displaying, and storing merchandise in line with company policies.
Qualifications and Skills
- Possess 5 to 7 years of experience in fashion or luxury retail sales.
- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent qualification is desirable.
- Maintain a high standard of personal image and professionalism.
- Demonstrate strong communication and sales abilities.
- Exhibit excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Display organizational ability, self-confidence, and professionalism.
- Provide outstanding customer service consistently.
- Computer proficiency with knowledge of retail management systems.
- Goal-driven mindset with capability to multitask effectively.
- Deep interest or knowledge in the fashion and luxury industry.
- Fluency in both English and German languages.
