- Present insurance products and policy details, simplifying complex features like riders, exclusions, and investment benefits.
- Manage client objections by clarifying pricing concerns, offering competitor comparisons, and assisting clients to make confident decisions.
- Keep accurate records of client interactions, advisory progress, and application statuses using internal CRM systems.
- Ensure all advisory services comply with regulatory standards, ethical guidelines, and internal quality controls.
- Achieve or surpass monthly advisory consultation and enrollment targets consistently.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience range from freshers to candidates with up to 3 years in related fields; prior exposure in customer relations, BFSI sector, or financial services is advantageous but not essential.
- Strong verbal communication, active listening, and relationship-building to engage professionally and empathetically over calls.
- Proactive and self-driven attitude with interest in financial planning and achieving enrollment targets.
- Robust emotional resilience to maintain a positive and professional demeanor throughout the workday.
- Familiarity and aptitude for using CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot, along with basic digital work applications.
- Educational background of at least a high school diploma or equivalent; further education in business, finance, commerce, or marketing is favorable but not mandatory.
Offerings and Benefits
- A competitive base salary complemented by an aggressive, uncapped incentive plan linked to closed consultations.
- Structured training programs designed for beginners covering financial planning concepts, insurance products, and advisory techniques.
- Defined growth opportunities towards senior consultant, team leadership, or wealth management positions.
- Health insurance coverage and rotational days off to support work-life balance.
