Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Cleaner who will maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards of our community properties. The ideal candidate pays close attention to detail, takes pride in thorough work, and enjoys working both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of building entrances, elevators, offices, hallways, stairwells, laundry rooms, garbage disposal areas, amenity spaces, and other common areas
• Perform cleaning and touch-up tasks in vacant suites
• Collect interior and exterior garbage
• Assist with snow removal and perform touch-up painting as needed
• Manage inventory accurately and effectively
• Ensure all cleaning equipment is functioning correctly and properly maintained
• Support other sites or perform additional duties as assigned

Experience and Educational Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of cleaning experience

Technical and Language Skills

• Proficient spoken and written English skills
• Basic familiarity with technology is considered an asset

Physical and Personal Attributes

• Ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, and lift for up to eight hours per day
• Capability to safely handle loads of up to 90 kg with proper equipment
• Strong dedication to providing excellent customer service
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
• Positive attitude and enthusiasm toward work

Additional Requirements

• Possession of a valid driver's license
• Access to a reliable personal vehicle
