Position Overview

This opportunity is located in Panama City, Florida, at the Ascension Sacred Heart facility within the Administration department. The role offers eligibility for annual bonus incentives.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and oversee organizational planning, policies, and operational practices
• Contribute to defining the organization’s vision, policies, and both short- and long-term goals
• Manage, implement, and track operating budgets across responsible areas
• Stay informed on industry trends and suggest cost-effective, efficient operational improvements
• Act as the primary liaison among the Board of Directors, executive team, management, stakeholders, financiers, and regulatory bodies

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
• At least 10 years of relevant experience required; 15 years preferred
• Leadership or management experience of 5 years is preferred
