Position Overview
This opportunity is located in Panama City, Florida, at the Ascension Sacred Heart facility within the Administration department. The role offers eligibility for annual bonus incentives.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and oversee organizational planning, policies, and operational practices
- Contribute to defining the organization’s vision, policies, and both short- and long-term goals
- Manage, implement, and track operating budgets across responsible areas
- Stay informed on industry trends and suggest cost-effective, efficient operational improvements
- Act as the primary liaison among the Board of Directors, executive team, management, stakeholders, financiers, and regulatory bodies
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
- At least 10 years of relevant experience required; 15 years preferred
- Leadership or management experience of 5 years is preferred

- Proven executive with a strong track record of scaling organizations and driving business success
- Dynamic, energetic leader effective in fast-paced environments
- Advocate for quality standards, operational excellence, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Extensive COO experience including operations, quality assurance, process improvements, and growth strategies
- Skilled at aligning people, processes, and performance to enable sustainable expansion
