Chief Financial Officer

Role Overview

We seek a highly experienced Chief Financial Officer to spearhead our financial and accounting operations, driving strategic growth and robust financial management.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute the company’s comprehensive financial strategies.
• Oversee all finance-related functions including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, offering strategic guidance to senior leadership.
• Manage cash flows, working capital, cost efficiency, and profit maximization.
• Implement and maintain strong financial controls and risk mitigation procedures.
• Lead financial planning processes such as annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term projections.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal policies.
• Maintain and foster relationships with banks, auditors, investors, and key financial partners.
• Deliver financial insights and analyses to guide business investments and decisions.
• Mentor, lead, and grow the finance and accounting team.

Qualifications and Experience

• A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Advanced qualifications such as a Master's degree in Finance, an MBA, or equivalent preferred.
• At least 15 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles.
• Proven leadership in senior finance positions, including CFO, Finance Director, Financial Controller, or VP Finance.
• Preferred professional certifications: CPA, ACCA, CMA, CFA, or CA.
• Expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and internal controls.
• Strong leadership abilities combined with sharp analytical and strategic decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship management capabilities.
• Demonstrated success in managing and developing high-performing financial teams.
