About the Role
Blackbull Chamber of Investment is seeking to appoint a Chief Executive Officer to lead the comprehensive capital raising operations for Blackbull and its select client ventures. This executive role encompasses ownership of fundraising strategies, investor acquisition, deal structuring, pipeline management, and execution of closing activities adhering to rigorous compliance, documentation standards, and investor confidence.
This leadership position offers significant authority, impact, performance-based rewards, and a chance to establish a premier fundraising function under the Blackbull Chamber.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies involving equity, convertible instruments, debt, strategic partnerships, and structured financial arrangements.
- Build and maintain a superior investor pipeline comprising high-net-worth individuals, family offices, venture capitalists, private equity firms, strategic investors, and global networks.
- Manage the full deal lifecycle, including outreach, non-disclosure agreements, pitching, due diligence, term sheet negotiation, documentation, and deal closure.
- Oversee investor relations by providing updates, managing reporting schedules, governance communication, and establishing trust.
- Work closely with legal, finance, and compliance teams to ensure clean deal structuring, effective risk management, and regulatory compliance.
- Prepare investor-focused materials such as pitch decks, information memoranda, capitalization table models, valuation analyses, and risk disclosures.
- Establish fundraising governance processes including CRM discipline, pipeline checkpoints, management information systems dashboards, weekly progress reviews, and deal closing trackers.
- Negotiate commercial agreements, coordinate with advisors, and supervise fundraising team members, partners, and brokers.
- Maintain the highest ethical standards in fundraising processes, ensuring accurate disclosures, KYC compliance, thorough documentation, and confidentiality.
Experience & Eligibility
- Minimum 10 years of experience in fundraising, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, corporate finance, or strategic capital raising is required.
- Proven success in capital raising and transaction closure, with preference for experience in India and international markets.
- Expertise in term sheets, valuation, capitalization tables, shareholder documentation, and due diligence procedures.
- Exceptional skills in communication, negotiation, leadership, and stakeholder management.
