About the Role

We are looking for a distinguished Chief Executive Officer (CEO) or President to oversee and expand our North American business operations throughout the United States, Canada, and Mexico. Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of business activities across the US, Canada, and Mexico.
• Create and implement strategic initiatives aimed at boosting revenue and growing market presence.

• Supervise the departments of sales, operations, finance, supply chain, and overall enterprise performance.
• Spot and pursue new business and market expansion opportunities.
• Hire, guide, and nurture senior leadership and managerial personnel.
• Design the organizational framework necessary for ongoing expansion, including the recruitment of Sales and Business Development Managers.

Qualifications

• Experience in top-tier executive roles such as CEO, President, COO, or equivalent senior positions.
• Proven background in industries related to hardware, landscaping, farming, fleet management, or national retail distribution channels.
• Successful track record handling multi-national operations with a focus on profitable growth.
• Excellence in strategic execution, leadership, negotiation, and organizational capabilities.
• Expertise in establishing and managing high-functioning sales teams.
• Willingness and ability to travel across North America as necessary.
