About The Role
Alignerr is seeking chemistry specialists to contribute to the development and enhancement of AI models tailored for complex STEM challenges. This position offers a unique chance for individuals holding a Master's degree in Chemistry or related scientific fields to remotely apply their expertise to cutting-edge AI research.
Key Responsibilities
- Create sophisticated chemistry problems that rigorously test AI capabilities in areas such as chemical engineering, biochemistry, and physical chemistry.
- Formulate detailed and methodical solutions showcasing expert-level reasoning within these chemical sciences.
- Assess AI-generated answers for scientific correctness, logical coherence, and overall quality.
- Partner with researchers to develop and refine comprehensive assessment benchmarks covering topics from undergraduate to Master's chemistry curricula.
- Work independently on assigned tasks with flexible scheduling in an asynchronous environment.
Candidate Profile
- Completed or currently pursuing a Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or a closely related discipline.
- Demonstrates strong analytical prowess and problem-solving aptitude in advanced chemistry domains.
- Capable of clearly and precisely communicating complex scientific ideas in written form.
- Detail-focused and committed to delivering accurate, rigorous work.
- Prior experience with AI is not necessary; the emphasis is on your chemical science expertise.
Additional Qualifications
