Position Overview

In this role, you'll be responsible for managing your kitchen area, ensuring all dishes are consistently prepared according to the Executive Chef's recipes and quality standards. You will also mentor junior team members and maintain strict hygiene and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality dishes with consistent presentation and flavor
• Maintain outstanding levels of hygiene and adhere to health and safety guidelines
• Communicate clearly with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient operations
• Supervise and support Commis Chefs within your designated section
• Carry out additional tasks as delegated by the Executive Chef
• Follow Marriott’s policies and procedures diligently

• Experience working in a high-standard kitchen environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Dedication to maintaining cleanliness and professional appearance
• Good understanding of food safety and hygiene best practices
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Adaptable, customer-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering memorable dining experiences
