Change Specialist, Delivery Partner Manager

Role Overview

We are currently seeking a Change Specialist to support our Delivery Partner Management team in Dubai. This role involves managing and driving the successful adoption of changes across Amazon's Delivery Service Partners (DSPs).

Core Responsibilities

• Manage and execute assigned tasks within various cross-functional change initiatives, ensuring timely completion with quality standards.
• Adhere to established change management methodologies, protocols, and templates consistently throughout all processes.
• Maintain precise and updated records using change management tools such as trackers, request logs, and platforms like Asana to guarantee data integrity.
• Assist in gathering and compiling data for prioritizing changes by generating reports and organizing relevant inputs.

Typical Daily Duties

• Track and advance change requests through their lifecycle, ensuring accurate logging, stakeholder notifications, and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) at every approval phase.
• Monitor progress of change executions across multiple DSP accounts, update status trackers, identify delays or issues, and escalate any risks to the Change Manager promptly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect necessary information, coordinate timelines, and confirm readiness before changes go live.

About the Delivery Partner Management Team

This team oversees all DSPs in the region, managing relationships throughout the business lifecycle. Acting as trusted advisors, the team collaborates with DSPs to address significant challenges, guide strategic planning, overcome barriers, and provide actionable solutions. Their support ensures DSP owners can make informed decisions and succeed in their operations.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English including speaking, reading, and writing skills.
• A bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and related applications is advantageous.
