About LaSante Health Center
LaSante Health Center is dedicated to promoting health and wellness by offering personalized nutrition counseling and support. We are looking for a Certified Nutritionist to join our Brooklyn, NY team to help patients meet their nutrition and health goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and create customized nutrition protocols tailored to individual patient needs.
- Provide education on sound eating habits, prevention of diseases, and strategies for managing weight.
- Support patients managing chronic conditions through specialized nutritional guidance.
- Work collaboratively with medical professionals to ensure holistic patient care.
- Conduct nutrition-related workshops and remain informed on the latest nutritional research and trends.
- Accurately document patient information and offer resources related to food security.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Certified Nutritionist or Dietitian credential.
- Experience working in healthcare or clinical settings is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage effectively with patients and colleagues.
Compensation
Annual salary starts at $70,000 and may increase depending on experience.
