Key Responsibilities

• Uphold a professional demeanor in all interactions with customers via face-to-face, telephone, radio, or electronic communication.
• Deliver prompt and precise information to meet customers’ needs and expectations.
• Collaborate effectively within a culturally diverse team in a close-knit work setting.
• Interpret and assess data from multiple IT systems to identify potential issues.
• React appropriately to incidents detected through surveillance and computer analysis tools.
• Monitor non-gaming, gaming, and cash handling areas via advanced surveillance and IT systems, following standard operating procedures.
• Oversee team members’ and customers’ activities from the monitoring room according to company policies, internal controls, standard operating procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Detect and escalate any suspicious or illicit behaviors among staff and patrons as necessary.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum education: Completion of secondary school or equivalent.
• No prior experience is necessary for this position.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
• Availability to work various shifts including mornings, afternoons, overnights, and public holidays.
• Must possess strong attention to detail and effective communication skills.
