Role Overview
Shri Ram Jewellers is seeking a dedicated Cashier willing to relocate to Gurgaon, Haryana. This position involves managing customer billing, payment processing, stock handling, client communication, and collaboration with the sales team within the jewellery retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate customer bills accurately and efficiently.
- Collect payments and ensure daily reconciliation of cash and transactions.
- Manage inventory updates when new stock arrives.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone calls throughout the day.
- Maintain coordination and communication with the sales department.
Working Hours
The general working schedule is from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM during the high season, with customer interaction hours from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
Requirements and Skills
- Completed 10+2 education (mandatory).
- Preferred experience working within the jewellery industry.
- Basic proficiency in operating Windows-based computers and familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Fundamental understanding of computer hardware operations such as starting up a system.
