Role Responsibilities

• Deliver casework and counseling services to teenagers in residential care
• Conduct thorough needs and risk assessments and develop Individual Care Plans accordingly
• Collaborate closely with external partners such as schools, agencies, and healthcare providers
• Facilitate restorative and family counseling sessions
• Monitor resident progress, handle incidents, and maintain comprehensive case records
• Take part in weekly case conferences including follow-up activities
• Organize and lead group sessions, life skills training, and developmental workshops
• Coordinate enrichment activities, classes, and educational talks
• Prepare reports and assist the Head of Home with designated tasks

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or registration as a Social Worker
• At least two years of experience in casework or youth support services
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and counseling abilities
• Compassionate, resilient, and motivated to empower vulnerable youth
• Willingness to provide support during after-hours emergencies
