Role Overview

This position involves a range of responsibilities focused on maintaining the park's facilities and providing top-quality guest service, including administrative and operational duties.

Key Duties

• Provide an exceptional customer experience for all guests
• Manage front office administrative tasks
• Maintain grounds and garden areas to a high standard
• Perform maintenance on park buildings, equipment, and other assets
• Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and brand standards
• Handle daily operational tasks with availability for after-hours and on-call coverage

Candidate Requirements

• Experience in groundskeeping and property maintenance roles
• Proficiency with computers and relevant software
• Safe operation of groundskeeping machinery and equipment
• Strong organizational and time management capabilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Pool maintenance knowledge is a plus
• Positive and enthusiastic attitude toward work
• Flexibility to work during weekends, public holidays, evenings, and emergency call-outs
• Possession of a current driver's license is mandatory

Additional Information

• Candidate must be willing to undergo a Federal Police Check before employment
• Valid Working with Children's Check as per state requirements is mandatory
• Role involves physical activities such as lifting (up to 20kg), kneeling, squatting, and working with chemicals and machinery
