About the Role
Excelohunt Infotech Pvt. Ltd is seeking a dedicated Administrative & CRM Coordinator to handle back-office functions supporting a Canada-based client. This position is located in Chandigarh, India, requiring full-time office attendance. The role revolves around liaising with the Canadian team during evening hours to ensure smooth payroll and compliance operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Match employee timesheets between QuickBooks Online and Service Titan platforms for accuracy.
- Engage with client-side personnel to clarify and resolve any discrepancies in logged hours.
- Compile clear payroll summaries for managerial approval by the client.
- Inspect vehicle digital checklists and monitor related maintenance repairs.
- Advance into managing CRM records, job costing, and supporting various administrative departments as you progress.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Possess 1 to 3 years’ experience in administration, payroll, bookkeeping, or reconciliation tasks.
- Excellent spoken and written English skills for daily communication with Canadian staff.
- Must have graduated from college.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks Online is essential; knowledge of Service Titan is advantageous but trainable.
- Comfortable with remote collaboration with an international team and accepting feedback.
- Highly detail-focused, self-driven, and able to follow processes independently.
- Motivated to grow professionally and expand responsibilities over time.
- Indian national residing or willing to relocate to Chandigarh; must be committed to working from the office full-time.
- Interested in a long-term career opportunity, not a temporary position.
- Prepared to agree to a minimum six-month service commitment after joining.
Shift, Location, and Terms
The selected individual will work evening shifts from 6:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST, Monday through Friday, aligning with Canadian business hours. Employment is strictly from the Chandigarh office, with a fixed five-day workweek.
Compensation and Growth
The role offers a salary of up to ₹50,000 per month, subject to candidate qualifications and interview outcomes. The position includes structured onboarding with tools training (including QuickBooks, Service Titan, CRM), and opportunities to progressively take on more significant responsibilities within the client account.
Additional Information
The role requires immediate joiners and involves a six-month post-joining service agreement. Candidates with a motivation to build a stable career path with Excelohunt and willing to engage deeply with the client’s Canadian team are preferred.
