Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • Two to five years of experience in campus recruiting, university relations, talent acquisition, HR, or similar fields.
  • Proven ability to manage recruiting programs, candidate pipelines, and entire hiring processes from sourcing to offers.
  • Experience partnering with hiring managers and business stakeholders to execute talent acquisition strategies.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with candidates, universities, and internal teams.
  • Experience organizing and facilitating recruiting events like career fairs, info sessions, and campus presentations.
  • Excellent project management abilities to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Capacity to analyze recruitment data and utilize metrics to guide decisions and discussions.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, recruiting technologies, and Microsoft Office tools.

Preferred Attributes

  • Strong communication, presentation, and virtual/in-person engagement skills.
  • Consultative approach with excellent relationship management capabilities.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams and leadership levels.
  • Self-starter who can operate independently under competing deadlines in fast-paced settings.
  • Proficient problem-solving, analytical thinking, and decision-making skills.
  • Professional representation of the company at university and recruiting events.
  • Passion for creating excellent candidate experiences and advancing diversity initiatives.
  • Adaptable, resilient, and proactive in addressing challenges and seizing opportunities.
