This position is based at Unit 11-12, Galway SC., Headford Road, Galway.

What You’ll Do

As a Cafe Manager, you will lead a team in a busy, customer-focused environment while maintaining strong standards across service and operations. The role calls for someone who can manage people effectively, support a high-performing team, and uphold a process-led approach to day-to-day work.

Experience and Skills Needed

Applicants should bring 1 to 2 years of experience managing a team in a fast-paced setting, ideally in a similar environment. Strong leadership, people management, customer service, and communication abilities are essential. You should also be comfortable working in an environment where processes matter and high standards must be consistently maintained.
