Business Support Associate - Wealth Management

Position Overview

The Business Support Associate in Wealth Management is pivotal for aiding the Business Manager to maintain an efficient, compliant, and effective daily operation of the Singapore Wealth Management division. This position involves close interaction with various teams spanning front office, business management, control units, operations, and head office to ensure adherence to stringent standards governing platforms, products, and processes. The ultimate goal is to foster operational excellence and guarantee smooth delivery of products and services to clients.

Core Responsibilities

• Support the execution of Wealth Management business initiatives including platform upgrades, and the introduction of investment products and services aimed at boosting efficiency and productivity within the Singapore Wealth Management business.
• Work collaboratively with different departments at the Singapore branch to advance the overall branch as well as Singapore Wealth Management objectives.
• Provide continuous support by generating business revenue reports and preparing strategic materials to aid senior executives and the frontline Wealth Management team.
• Create governance presentations and perform assessments of key control adequacy to uncover risks and suggest enhancements to maintain governance and operational integrity.
• Assist in the deployment and upkeep of the investment/wealth management framework aligned with business aims and regulatory standards.

Job Requirements

• Possess a minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor's degree.
• Have 3 to 5 years of pertinent experience in a similar role.
• Demonstrate solid understanding of the Wealth Management industry, including its products and services.
• Prior involvement in business support within wealth management is essential.
• Knowledge of investment/wealth management frameworks is required.
• Exhibit strong collaboration and interpersonal communication capabilities.
