Job description
Role Overview
This position requires an independent and comprehensive end-to-end business partnership in People and Culture (P&C) to support specific portfolios. You will use expert knowledge and judgement to address complex challenges and provide advisory services to business stakeholders. The goal is to offer P&C guidance that enhances the overall employee experience and aligns with business objectives within a dynamic environment.
Qualifications and Experience
- Possession of a First Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in People & Culture business partnering.
- Proven understanding of how P&C management contributes to commercial and social relevance in business.
- Demonstrated success in designing and implementing integrated, effective, and sustainable P&C solutions that support specific business goals and improve performance.
- Experience working in multinational organizations and collaborating with senior management in complex settings.
- Knowledge and application of best practices in measuring the impact of P&C initiatives.
