See Change Institute (SCI) is a behavioral science consulting firm dedicated to assisting governments, utilities, nonprofits, and companies in leveraging research to foster positive social and environmental impact. Role Overview
This position acts as the operational core of SCI, ensuring efficient daily functioning while easing the responsibilities of our CEO and supporting the team's collaborative efforts across various projects and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage contracts, invoicing, and administrative workflows.
- Assist with payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and financial tasks.
- Oversee company systems, software licenses, subscriptions, and record keeping.
- Monitor proposals, contracts, renewals, and crucial company deadlines.
- Develop and refine internal processes, documentation, and workflows.
- Support company communications such as newsletters, website content updates, LinkedIn, and webinars.
- Explore and implement AI and technological solutions to boost business efficiency.
- Contribute flexibly to various tasks ensuring smooth organizational operations.
